JACK A. CRANDALL, 52, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, 7:34 p.m., at St. Joseph Hospital. He was Born Feb. 21, 1958. Surviving are his father, Joseph A. (Thelma) Crandall; sisters, Judy (Michael) McGuire, Jennie (Bruce) LeSure and Jeanne (Tim) Doehrman; brothers, Jim (Karen), Joe (Kathie), Jeff, Jerry and John Crandall; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice (Carpenter) Crandall. Service is 1 p.m. Monday at C.M. Sloan & Sons, 1327 Wells St., Fort Wayne with calling two hours prior to service. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Park Center.
