J. Carol McLean, 78, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015. She was born on December 4, 1936 to the late Jim and Grady (Hall) Smith. She worked as a CNA in home health care with Med One. Surviving family include her son, Michael (Jennifer) Perkins; grandchildren, Josh, Chad, Tyler, David, and Anita; and 10 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Lewis McLean; and son, Bobby Perkins. Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Rd., with visitation one hour prior.
