Harold Douglas Woods, Jr.

Harold Douglas Woods, Jr., 70, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016. He was born in Science Hill, KY to the late Harold and Catherine Woods, Sr. He served in the United States Air Force for 32 years. He was a member of the Waynedale VFW, AmVets, D.A.V. and 40 & 8. Mr. Woods enjoyed traveling. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Woods of Williamsburg, KY; his sons, Harold D. (Chasity) Woods III of KY, and Robert Woods of Ft. Wayne; step-daughters, Rebecca (Andrew) Lombardo of Ft. Wayne, Dawna Haralson of Mesa, AZ, Vanessa Osim of Greenbay, WI, Jannette Gordon of Shawna, WI; step-son, A. M. Felhofer of Woodburn; four grandchildren; and a sister, Christine (Donald) Wachter of Ohio. He was also preceded in death by three sisters. Visitation will be on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2-6 p.m. at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46809. Burial will be in Hoverstock Cemetery.
