Glen Robert Robinson

Glen (Rob) Robinson was a modest but dedicated companion, Father, and Grandfather who spent much of his free time yelling, “Let’s go Komets!” for both the local and adolescent teams in Fort Wayne, IN. He worked hard to maintain involvement in all his grandchildren’s activities and sports. He left this world suddenly in a vehicle accident on December 22, 2022 at 75 years old on his way to work in IT, as he has done for the past 50 years. He was trained in computer technology during his 8 years serving in the U.S Air Force and was stationed in England. After having his two children Glen (Mitch) Robinson and Myla Timms, he met the one woman meant for him and spent the last 30 years with Linda Hamrick. Thus adding her children to his family, Dawn Salus and Daniel Hamrick.

He has left behind many loved ones, including his father, Richard Beard, his sister and brother in-law, Sheryl and Ken Kaufman, two nieces, one nephew, eight grandchildren with one on the way, significant others, and those whose lives he touched. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Beard.
