Evelyn T. Perez

Evelyn T. Perez, 83, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021. She was born March 5, 1938 in Vanwert, Ohio to the late Jesus and Julia (Morales) Perez. Evelyn retired from Magnavox after 40 years of service. She was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church, the Chapel, and the Century club at Magnavox. Evelyn enjoyed crocheting, bowling, sewing, shopping, watching sports, and fishing. She had a passion for cooking, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Lisa Perez; granddaughter, Valentina Perez; and sisters, Alice (Gerald) Villagomez and Patricia (Dave) Robison. Also preceding her in passing was her sisters, Consuelo Granados, Juanita Ramos, Ruby Cuellar, and Carmen Cota; and brothers, Joseph, Paul, Jesse, Doe, and Richard Perez. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation one hour prior. Burial to follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
