He was born to Roger and Mildred Green on July 18, 1968 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His immeasurable musical talent and contagious charisma shined through early in his childhood and became two of his defining characteristics. He was a proud 1986 graduate of South Side High School.
Eric was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Roger Green, his brother Reginald Green, and his sister, Karen Green.
He is survived by his son, D'Eric (Asia); four grandchildren; brothers Roger (Wendy) Jr., and Ronald (Melanie); sisters, Vanessa McDonald and Shayla (Michael) Werner; his former spouse, Shevell and her children, Christopher, Tarriashi, Nalashia, Shania, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.
Service is 4 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at Southern Heights Baptist Church, 4001 S. Anthony Blvd., with calling starting at 3 p.m. Private burial at Concordia Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN.
