Donna Lee Bowling

Donna Lee Bowling, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. She was born to the late Frank Anthony Tschaenn and Irene Tschaenn McElfresh on October 2, 1939 in Lawrenceburg, IN. Donna enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid collector of Tiffany Lights, Barbies, and Indian memorabilia. She loved spending time outside on her deck swinging and she always helped people in the time of need. On August 16, 1957 she joined in union her husband, Alza Bowling, in Lawrenceburg, IN.

Along with her husband, Alza, of 62 years she is survived by her children, Rodney Bowling, David Bowling, Jeffrey Bowling, Christopher Bowling and special daughter-in-law, Amber Martin, Angela Bowling and special son-in-law, Terrell Davis, Troy Bowling and special daughter-in-law, Soledad "Veronica" Sanchez; grandchildren, Regina, Rodney Jr., Tina, Torie, Nette, Brian, Tyler, Christopher Jr., Ashley, Jacob, Skylyn, Addlyn, Shaun, Luciano, Terrell Jr., Tiayla, Tiana, Tierra, and special granddaughter, Kaitlyn (Richard II); great-grandchildren, Akaria, Aubri`Ana, Ari`Ella, Richard III, Anyiah, Brian Jr., Alayah, and Lakynn; sisters, Fran Gabbard, Sondra Booth, Chris Tschaenn Watkins, Kathy (Dave) Enzweiler, and Barbara (Ron) Ester; brothers, Frank (Nasha) Tschaenn, Rick (Wilma) Tschaenn, Charley (Donna) Tschaenn, and John (Wanda) McElfresh; and a host of relativs and frends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Carolyn Gabbard and Jeraldine McAdams.

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Mungovan Simple (2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). Funeral service will be on Thursday, June 6, 2019 following visitation at the funeral home at 4:00 pm.
