Donald S. Wilson

Donald S. Wilson, 94, of Fort Wayne passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Donald was born in Richmond, Indiana on August 23, 1929, a son of the late Roy and Minnie Wilson. He worked for GE for several years. Donald was a member of the Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Donald is survived by his significant other, Maggie Lyons; children, Marsha (Ephraim) Smiley, Donald S. Wilson Jr., Paul (Mary Ann) Wilson, Kim Basnight and Rodney (Cindy) Wilson; special child, Cheryl Wilson; grandchildren, 16; and numerous great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in passing by his previous spouse, Gladys Wilson; son, Marc Washington; one grandson; one granddaughter; and three siblings. There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Contributions in Donald's memory may be made to the Dementia Society.
