DONALD A. STAPLES, 67, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Born Dec. 6, 1946, in Chicago, Ill., he was a son of the late Donald and Anita Staples. He graduated from Crown Point High School, served in the U.S. Army, and worked over 25 years for G.E. and Dana. He is survived by three sisters, Karen (Michael) Vitale, Donna (Roy) Cecchi and Janis Wyrick. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Audrey Johnson, Clifford Staples, Robert Staples, and Elaine Osburn. Memorial mass is 10 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 1122 South Clinton St., Fort Wayne (IN 46802), with visitation one hour prior.
