Dennis C. Clawson, 63, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital. Born Sept. 23, 1948 in Fort Wayne, he was a US Navy Veteran. He was a security officer at St. Joseph Hospital for 31 years. He is survived by his sons, Brian (Tonia) Clawson, of Fort Wayne and David Clawson, of Carmel, IN; two grandchildren, Gage and Jillian Clawson; sister, Maureen (Kenny) Rogers, of Columbia City; girlfriend, Carrie Imel, of Fort Wayne; two nieces, Debbie Rogers and Beth (Matt) Freistroffer and two great nieces, Sami and Sandi Freistroffer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret R. Clawson, in 2010 and parents, Bonnel C. and Betty J. Clawson. Funeral Service is 1:00pm Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Rd. Chapel, 6424 Winchester Rd. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-9pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
