Denise F. Murow Digate

Denise F. Digate, 63, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born May 23, 1951 in Chicago to the late Richard and Estelle (Straus) Murow. She worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the Encore Club, as she enjoyed playing many types of cards, along with planning and hosting many different social events. She also cherished the time that she spent with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Digate of Fort Wayne; daughters, Cara (Kenton) Ley of Fort Wayne and Juli Digate of Arlington, VA; brothers, Allan (Jane) Murow and Steven (Jeanne) Murow of Costa Mesa, Calif.; and mother in law, Doris Digate of Rogers, Ark. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with visitation 1 hour prior. Visitation will also be on Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 2 to 5 PM at the funeral home. Preferred memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
