David Oliver Tyler, age 61, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Monday July 3, 2017. David was born January 31, 1956 to Jeannette Tyler and Oliver Grady Tyler.
David is survived by his spouse, Patricia Tyler; daughter Gretchen Dager; daughter Christina (Michael) Tagtmeyer; and son David G. Tyler; mother Jeannette Tyler; brother Dane Carney.
David was preceded in death by; father Oliver Grady Tyler.
