David L. Saxe

David Saxe, age 69, of Fort Wayne, Indiana died in peace on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his home after a courageous fight with bladder cancer. He was born in Janesville, Wisconsin to the late Bud and Millie Saxe on June 30, 1954. David is survived by his sons Joshua Saxe, Jonathan Saxe, and Andrew (Kate) Saxe; grandchildren Skylar, Eleanor, Theo, Finnegan, Ayden, and Tegan; siblings Wendy (George) Burris and Mark (Mary) Saxe. David is preceded in death by the love of his life Susan Saxe and parents Leroy (Bud) and Mildred (Millie) Saxe. David loved to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoyed taking trips, riding his Harley, and watching his favorite sports teams. David's wish for family and friends is to not mourn his passing and to wipe away the tears in order to celebrate his amazing life. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at Southwinds Church of Christ 3410 Dickie Rd. on Saturday August 19, 2023 at 1 p.m.. Following the service family and friends are invited to stop by David's house to fellowship and share stories of this amazing man.
