He is survived by his daughter, Denise (James) Jacobs; grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, and Lucas Jacobs; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Terry Fey; and companion of 40 years, JoAnn Knuckles. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Martha (Don) Hughes, Larry (Coty), Gary, Tom, Margie, Max (Mel) and Susie Fey.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808) with visitation one hour prior.
