David M. “Mike” Cazzell, 66, of Fort Wayne passed away Friday, March 25, 2016. He was born on October 10, 1949 in Sullivan, Indiana, a son of the late Charles and Eleanor (Muerer) Cazzell. Surviving family include his daughter, Lynsey (Tony) Ensch; three grandchildren, Jade and Jackson Ensch, and Kade Cazzell; siblings, Steven (Susan) Cazzell, Linda (Eric) Schmitt, Crystal (Steve) Luckman, and Wendy Gibson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Sue Cazzell; step-daughter, Rachel Izdepski; and brother, Billy Ray Cazzell. Memorial service will be 3:00 pm on April 8, 2016 at American Legion Post 241, 7605 Bluffton Rd. Fort Wayne with a gathering of friends and family one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
