Dale Dean Fitzhugh

Dale Dean Fitzhugh, 62, was born April 26, 1960 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late William H. Fitzhugh, III and Jeanette V. Bannigan Fitzhugh. His journey ended with his transition to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2023. Dale was a United States Army Veteran, having served in Korea during his enlistment. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, working on cars and fishing with his best friend "JB". Memories of Dale are left with his only daughter, Dalena Madison; sons, Dale "DJ" Hopkins and Darion Hinton; stepsons, Michael and Thurston Madison all of Fort Wayne; his sisters, Joyce McKinley of Fort Wayne and his twin, Gale (Jimmy) Harris of Memphis, Tennessee; brother, Bryan Fitzhugh of Michigan City, Indiana; four grandchildren; his best friend, James "JB" Barnett and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service for Dale will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 16, 2023 at the D. O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home - Lakeside Park 1140 Lake Avenue Fort Wayne, IN 46805 with visitation at 10:00 AM.
