Carol Rose White, 73, of Bradenton, FL and Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on September 19, 2017. Born to the late Elmer and Ruby (Barrand) Hill on October 29, 1943. She loved the Florida sunshine and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Carol was an avid bingo player and was an excellent cook. She made the best homemade noodles and chocolate chip cookies. Carol never met a stranger, she was always smiling, and she had a big heart.
Carol is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard White; children, Rick (Shawn) and Rodney White; grandchildren, Brianna, Corbin, Hunter James, Natasha, Travis, Nanette, and Kyle; great-granddaughter, Elliette; brothers, Mike (Dawn) and William Carper; sister, Judy Bates; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter, Kimberly Kay White and step-father, Beauford "Bud" Carper.
Memorial service will be on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 3:00 pm at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808) with visitation one hour prior.
