CAROL A. HAMM, 69, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at Parkview Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, she work ed for Brooklyn Medical Associates, retiring after 15 years of service. Surviving are her daughters, Vickie (Mike) Lothamer of Fort Wayne, Kelly (Fred) Toussaint of New Haven and Tracie Hamm of Fort Wayne; son, Jeffrey Hamm of Flint, Ind.; brothers, Jerome Frane and Michael Frane, both of Fort Wayne; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny L., in 1992. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Visitation is from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
