Carl J West

Carl James West, 91, of Sevierville, Tenn., passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Leconte Medical Center, Sevierville, Tenn. Born on July 9, 1924 in Tazewell, Tenn., he was a son of the late Arthur and Pearl (Green) West. Carl was employed with Dade County Florida as a security guard and was also a Shriner and a Mason. He is survived by his son, Robert West of Roanoke, Ind.; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister, Jean (LeRoy) Otto of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette (Brock) West; brother, Ed West; and sisters, Mildred and Evelyn West. Funeral Service will be on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11:00am at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
