BEVERLY J. LINNEMEIER, 82, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born Jan. 25, 1931, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Thelma Schulz. At one time, she had worked at the Hallmark Gift Store located at the corner of Wayne and Calhoun Streets and also at Central Soya. She enjoyed being at Hamilton Lake and playing Bridge and Mahjong. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and the Ladies Aid and Altar Guild at church; she graduated from North Side High School, Mac Murray College for Women and International Business College. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, William J.; daughter, Heidi (William J.) Swiss of Butler; sister, Diane Pearce of Perryville, Mo.; sister-in-law, Louise Linnemeier of Fort Wayne; and nieces, nephews and a cousin. She was also preceded in death by her son, Carl F. Linnemeier; and brother-in-law, Thomas Linnemeier. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1126 Barr St., with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Peter Cage and the Rev. Peter Gregory officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Preferred memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church Operating Endowment Fund or Concordia Educational Foundation Linnemeier Family Scholarship Endowment.
