Beverly D. Heller, 79, of Leo-Cedarville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 18, 2014, at her home, after a yearlong journey with pancreatic cancer. Shewas a member of Grabill Missionary Church and retired as the secretary of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. She is survived by her children, Michael (Jayne) Heller, Dr. Matthew Heller, Michele (Sam) Hadley, Marty (Lisa) Heller and Melinda (Brad) Carnes; daughters-in-law, Lanetta Heller and Klare Stech; brothers, Larry and Ralph Weikart; as well as ten grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Waldemar “Whitey” Heller; parents, Ralph W. and Viola (Braun) Weikart ; son, Mark Heller; grandsons, Brock and Braden Carnes. A celebration of Life will be 6pm Tuesday, July 22, at Grabill Missionary Church, 13637 State Street, Grabill, with a gathering of family and friends from 4 to 6pm, prior to service. Memorial donations may be given to Grabill Missionary Church Foster Care Ministry or A HOPE Center. Arrangements are under the care of Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
