Beverly A. "Bev" Harrison, 80, of Fort Wayne passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Bev was born on October 12, 1942 in New Haven, Indiana, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Esther (Petzold) Pflueger. She graduated from Arcola High School. She worked at United Technologies for 24 years and later at Dana for eight years before retiring in 2007. She was a member at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Surviving family include her children, Lori Nichols, Christina (Ed) Croteau, Betty (Ron) Imel, Fred (Mary Lou) Hill, Damon Hill, Richard (Amy) Hill, and Dale (Donna) Gosnell; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; brother, Stanley Pflueger; and two nieces and one nephew. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Robert Harrison; son, David Hill; grandson, Xavier Imel; son-in-law, Robert Nichols; sister, Doris Frederick; and brother, Donald Pflueger. Funeral service will be 10:30 am on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with visitation half an hour prior. Visitation will also be from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne.
