Benjamin "Ben" Michael Perry, age 43, of Roanoke, Indiana passed away at home on Sunday, November 20, 2022. He was born, Tuesday, September 4, 1979 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late James Michael Perry and Lisa (née Sparks) Claymiller. Ben began his career as a boat builder with Harris-Kayot and the past seventeen years as a machinist with Advance Machine Works in Fort Wayne. He loved fishing and cars, especially Ford's, his favorite being the Taurus SHO, vacationing in Kentucky and the Tennessee mountains, a love for astronomy and Jack's Pizza. He was a compassionate soul, especially toward animals, and secrety wanted a dachshund. Ben is survived by his daughters, Bailey Ann and Jessie of Fort Wayne; son, Tristen Crabtree of Lewisburg, Tenn; aunts, Melinda (James) Cox, Christine (Jason) Junk, Laura (Gary) Groff, and Tricha Sparks; uncle, Joe Sparks; and grandmother, Betty Sparks all of Fort Wayne. He was predeceased by his uncles, Bruce Sparks and Ronnie Sparks. Funeral Service is at 11:30 am on Thursday, December 1, at The Pointe Church, 5335 Bass Rd, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Family and friends will also receive visitors on Wednesday, November 30, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne.
