Barbara Jane Teague passed away on Saturday July 8, 2023 at Byron Health Center at the age of 81. Barbara grew up in LaOtto Indiana where she still has many dear friends. She enjoyed plants and had a green thumb for them growing many in her home and apartment.
She was preceded in death by her father Woodrow Grim and mother Mary Jane Grim, Sister Marcia L. McCrea, brother Bennie Grimm, and great granddaughter Mya.
She is survived by her son Mark Teague, granddaughter Amanda Teague, grandson Andrew Teague, daughter-in-law Patty Teague, nephew Timothy McCrea, and nieces Lisa Genos and Lori Clemens, many great nieces and nephews and the loving care team at Byron Health Center.
Visitation for Barbara will take place from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. at D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes Pine Valley, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home following visitation. Burial will take place in Perry Township Cemetery in Huntertown immediately following the service.
