B. Elaine Satterthwaite

B. Elaine Satterthwaite, 82, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. She was born on October 8, 1938 in Fort Wayne. Elaine was a daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Tracey) Fulghum. She was a graduate of Elmhurst High School and later attended IU. Elaine was a member of the Tillman Road Church of God for over 50 years, American Legion Post #241, and the Red Hat Society. She was a life time member of the Women of the church of God, and was secretary for them for 20 years. Elaine enjoyed singing, traveling especially on cruises, and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Larry Satterthwaite; daughter, Brenda (Tim) Winchester; son, Michael (Geeg) Satterthwaite; grandchildren, Nicholas Winchester, Alaina (Brian) Boetger, Brittany Satterthwaite, and Stefanie Walton; several great-grandchildren; and brother, Paul (Sharon) Fulghum. Also preceding her passing was her grandson, Alex Satterthwaite. All services will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to the Tillman Road Church of God.
