ANTONIO "SWITCH" GALVAN III, 28, of Fort Wayne, died on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013. Born Aug. 16, 1984, in East Chicago, Ind., he was a son of Antonio Galvan Jr. and Doreen E. (Nunez) Ramirez. Also surviving are his wife, Patricia (Rhines) Galvan of Fort Wayne; sons, Antonio Galvan IV, D'Angelo Galvan, Kamari Jackson, and Rashaan Stots; daughter, Adrianna Rhines; brothers, Adan Galvan, Trinidad Ramirez and Thomas Manjarez; sister, Doreen Ramirez; sisters, Christy, Jeanine and Marie; aunt, Lonnie Sivak; cousin, David Nunez; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Sunday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with calling from 1 to 2 p.m. Pastor Dean Trevino officiating. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to the family.
