Anne Lynn Ramsey

Anne Lynn Ramsey, age 73, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024, with her daughter by her side. Anne was born on December 26, 1950, in Decatur, Illinois, to Caroll and Priscilla (Pat) Ramsey. She graduated from North Side High School in 1969, and worked for the post office for a number of years before her daughter was born. Anne loved music and played the piano and violin when she was young. She was a common presence at all of her daughter's music performances and many of her nieces and nephews as well. She is survived by her daughter, Holly (Alan) Higgins, of Okemos, Michigan; brothers Jerry and Tod (Laura) Ramsey, both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Ewan, Cecily and Cameron; and her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Crescent Avenue UMC Church, 1232 Crescent Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN with calling from 9:00-11:00 AM.
