ANITA R. FACCENTO, 91, of Fort Wayne, died on Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at her residence. Born Feb. 4, 1921, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Meyer and Eileen Duhn. She retired from Magnavox in 1979. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and had been president of the Sorosis Literature Group. "She was a loving wife, devoted mother and dedicated housewife." Surviving are her husband, Peter; daughter, Anita P. Faccento of New Haven; and son, Peter J. Faccento of Fort Wayne. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Otto Duhn. Funeral service is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. The Rev. Father Jacob Meyer officiating. Visitation is from 2 to 6 Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Catholic Charities.
