Amy Maria Hetrick, 42, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Born on November 20, 1979, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Hetrick, and Judy (Fisher) Hetrick, who survives.
Amy is also survived by her son, Christopher.
A funeral service to honor her life will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, with calling from 4:00pm, until time of service. She will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
