Alan Carl Schneider

ALAN CARL SCHNEIDER, 63, of Fort Wayne, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015. Born April 4, 1951, in Perth Amboy, N.J., he was a son of the late Andrew and Frances (Fish) Schneider. Alan studied at Baptist Bible College & Seminary and earned a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies. He was a member of North Park Community Church and retired from the United States Postal Service on Feb. 1, 2013 after 34 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Judy (Wilhite) of Fort Wayne; children, Gabriel (Kelsey), Jacqueline, Michael (Melissa), and Carlee, all of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Claira French of Fort Wayne; and brother, Ed (Patricia) Schneider of Lakewood, N.J. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at North Park Community Church, 7160 Flutter Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
