Susan Kay Strange

Susan Kay Strange, 66, of Fort Smith, passed from this life February 25, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born September 20, 1955 in Cambridge, England to Gerald Redding and Barbara Williams Redding. Susan worked as an LPN and Denial Coordinator for Shared Services Center Fort Smith. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandchildren. Susan was also a huge fan of Arabian horses, having spent most of her life being involved with the breed in some fashion.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Breanne Anglen and her husband Preston, and Sara Hope; her son Jonathan Hope; four grandchildren, Anna Anglen, Katie Anglen, Parker Hope and Kennedy Hope; her sister, Judy Johnston and brother, David Redding. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson Denver Hope, and her sister Debra Gunselman.

A service celebrating the life of Susan will be 10:00am Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Edwards Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00pm Friday, March 4, 2022 at Edwards Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
