Ronald Eugene Pettit, 84, husband of the late Guyith Blansett Pettit, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017.
Mr. Pettit was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and was the son of the late Nathan and Eva Oglesby Pettit. He was retired from Intel Corporation and served in both the U. S. Air Force and the U. S. Navy during WWII.
Surviving are one son, Ronald Pettit of Madison, Mississippi; two daughters, Cindy Pickett of Greenville, South Carolina and Karen Korus of King, North Carolina; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services and entombment will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Woodlawn Mausoleum in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
