Robert Lawrence Raible, 58 of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 in Frisco, TX. He was born on November 21, 1955 in Fort Benning, GA. He was a mortgage banker for Bank of the Ozarks, a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. He enjoyed golfing with his son, cycling and attending Arkansas Razorback sporting events.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 13, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Rosary will be said 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with a visitation and reception to follow. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife Pam, of the home; a daughter, Dr. Jennifer Raible Kaley and her husband Sean, of Charlottesville, VA; a son, David Lee Raible of Bentonville; his parents, James and Carolyn Raible of Charleston; two sisters, Sarah Griffith and her husband Scott, of Fort Smith and Susan Brown and her husband Charles of Charleston; a brother, Glen Raible and his wife Cindy, of North Little Rock; a granddaughter, Cora Kaley of Charlottesville, VA, he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Scott Griffith, Don Schaap, Bob Neissl, Christopher Brown, Kendrick Raible and Sam McKnight. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Lee and Matt McKnight.
