Richard Edward Bailey. 82, of Van Buren, AR, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023. He was born on July 15, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio. Richard was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, having retired from the Navy with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. After his retirement from the Navy, Richard was a regional director for Oceanic Marine and later took care of club maintenance at Eagle Crest Golf Course in Alma, AR.
He is survived by his wife Sue Bailey.
