Penny Annette Clark, 72 of Fort Smith, AR passed away peacefully on September 23, 2022. Penny was born on September 14, 1950 to Ruford and Carmen Krugh. Penny was born and raised in Fort Smith, AR with her three siblings. She loved going to garage sales and finding stuffed animals and dolls. When she wasn’t doing that you could find her and her husband of almost 50 years going to western shows, traveling to Tulsa and enjoying life together.
Penny will be missed by her husband Wesley Clark, siblings Dale Reiter, Kristi Hampton, Laura Williams, and Norma Landers and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ruford & Carmen (Patterson) Krugh.
