Paula Mae Dean

Paula Mae Dean, 61, of Roland, OK died June 22, 2014 in Roland. She was born January 16, 1953 in Vinita, OK to Andrew O. and Okla Mae Reese Brooks. She was a member of the Amazing Grace Fellowship and a retired employee of the Roland School System. She is survived by her father, Andrew Brooks of Roland; one son, Jeremy and wife Christen Dean of Fort Smith; two aunts, Marie Nation of Roland, OK and Glenna Hicks of Fort Smith; one uncle, Charles Reese of Bakersfield, CA; one niece, Serena Weir of Roland, OK; and great niece and nephew, Andrea Weir and William Pinkerton. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy T. Dean; her mother, Okla Mae Brooks; and one brother, Dennis Brooks. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Roland City Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
