In early years, Patricia worked at a diner and later joined staff for Rose City Rides as a ‘carney’. She stayed on the road with the carnival for several years until permanently settling in Fort Smith, AR. She began working at Southern Steel and Wire where she was a dedicated employee of 22 years and ultimately retired in 2001. In most recent years, she worked for a home health agency, part time, and very much enjoyed her role as a caregiver.
She loved to dance, travel, watch Westerns, play dominoes and spend time with her family. Some of her favorite foods were chiles rellenos, hog feet, bologna sandwiches and fried fish. She was a huge animal lover and her favorite colors were hunter green and yellow. Patricia always spoke exactly what she thought and you never had to guess how she felt. But, above all, she was of Christian faith and very much loved her lord and savior.
Viewing will be Tuesday November 24th, 2020 at 12 pm with services to immediately follow with Brother Corey Krause officiating.
