Orville Dean Madison Jr.

Orville Dean Madison, Jr. 53 of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013. He served in the U.S. Army and completed a tour of duty in Germany. He worked for Razorback Cab Company as a dispatcher for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville D. Madison, Sr.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 4, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church with burial and military honors to follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.

He is survived by his children Aaron and Amanda Madison both of Des Moines, IA, his mother Betty Madison of Fort Smith, his brother Greg Madison of Gas, KS, his sisters Angie Schenk of Fort Smith and Tina Wilkinson of Alma, four grandchildren and many aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Derek Wilkinson, Elias Wilkinson, Wesley Watkins, John Deaton, Craig Madison, Matt Madison, Josh Madison, and Lucas Madison.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the funeral home.
