Oleta J White

She was born April 8, 1929 in Cowlington, OK to Arvill Roy Reed and Grace Gertrude Williams Reed. Oleta was a member of The Church of Christ, and she enjoyed embroidering, knitting, and crocheting. She helped set up the library at Metro Christian School. Was an avid birdwatcher. She was proud of her Scottish heritage. And she was the best Sweet Tea Maker around. She loved talking politics. You never wanted her to go down that path.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. White Jr; her parents; her four children; Three son's; Charlie White, Duane White, Phillip White, and her daughter Ginger White and her three siblings.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Stephen White and wife Nicole, Abigail Cabrera and husband Alan, Jason White, and Jake White; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 6, 2024 at Eubanks Cemetery, in Cecil, AR under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
