Mervin D. McMillion, 77. Of Fort Smith, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. He was born on June 11, 1946 in Stafford, KS to the late Thomas and Alma Algram McMillion. Mervin was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired school bus driver for the Fort Smith Public Schools. He was of the Church of Christ faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Myra Hart, Carol Vance and a brother, Lyle McMillion.
He is survived by a sister, Merla Robison of Fort Smith and two brothers, Cleve McMillion of Houston, Texas and Lonnie McMillion of Colorado Springs, CO.
A memorial graveside service for Mervin will be held Monday, December 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Fort Smith National Cemetery, 522 Garland Avenue, AR 72901.
