Mary K. Harrell

Mary K. Harrell, 92, passed away March 26, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born May 11, 1920 in Whitehouse, TX to Port Barron Vansau and Emma (Massey) Vansau. She was former employee of the Viking Bag Factory and she was a member of the Church of Christ at 40th and Hazel Street in Pine Bluff, AR.She was preceded in death by her parents and her five siblings

She is survived by three daughters, Rosann Alexander and her husband Herman of Dallas, TX, Jane Smith of Jackson, TN, and Connye Neal and her husband Barry of Fort Smith; seven grandchildren, Tom Alexander and his wife Jeannie of Memphis, TN, Tim Alexander and his wife Polly of Nashville, TN, Scott Smith and his wife Hollie of Little Rock, AR, Spence Smith and his wife Krissy of Colorado Springs, CO, Bart Blasengame and his wife Marli of Portland, OR, Shelby Smith and his wife Shannon of Springfield, MO, and Ben Neal of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 29, 2013 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oak Cemetery.

The family will visit with friends prior to the service Friday, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.
