Mary M. Haislip, 85, of Fort Smith, died November 18, 2011 in Fort Smith. She was born November 21, 1925 in Springdale, AR to Guy and Ida Mae Rogers Ladd. She was a retired RN for St. Edward Mercy Medical Center and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Elaine Ramey of Fort Smith; one son, Harry and wife Sally Haislip of Charleston, AR; five grandchildren, Hal Haislip, Kerry Leming, Christi Haislip, Scott Ramey, and Matthew Ramey; four great grandchildren, Mark, Jimmy, Leann, and Rachel; and one great great grandchild, Devin. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Haislip.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 24, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Forest Park Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 5-7 PM.
