Mary Lou Chamberlain

Mary Lou Chamberlain aka: Grandma Boo / Oma 98 of Muldrow, Ok passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on June 16th, 2023. She was born July 19th, 1924 in Fort Smith, Ar to Cyril Brice and Bertha Estella Wayt. She was an amazing homemaker to her 7 children, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren (1 on the way) and many, many extended grandchildren. She was the most loving, caring, and supportive family woman you will have ever gotten the chance to have known, she will truly be missed by all.

She was a devout member of the Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow, Ok and Pastor Anthony Williams will be officiating her services.

She is survived by her Daughter Angela Mikles (Mike), Son's Mark (Sandy), Wayt (Randy), Matthew (David) Chamberlain. Grandson's Donald English (Debbie), Jonathan English and Matthew Dodson (Misty). Granddaughter's Troyce Edwards (Kevin), Sasha Gallagher (Jonathan), Lacey Chamberlain, Amanda Burton (Junior), Daniela Waldner (Mikey), Molly Jernigan (Ethan), and Sherry Pollock. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Wilmot Elliott, her son Terry Chamberlain, Daughter's Sherry and Mary Chamberlain, and grandson Zane Pollock.

The family will be accepting visitation Tuesday June 20th, 2023 between 5-7 pm at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 21st at Noon following with the graveside services at the National Cemetery in Fort Smith. All services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
