Maria P Lopez, 42, of Fort Smith died July 20 in Fort Smith. She was born January 24, 1972 in El Pajarito Rayon, Mexico. She had worked at Simmons Foods.
She is survived by her children Roel, Jose, David, Ruby and Jennifer Lopez, all of Fort Smith; her sister Victoria Uribe of Mexico; her brothers, Antonio, Aurelio, Sebero and Hipolito Uribe all of Fort Smith and Nicolas Uribe of Mexico; her parent, Patrocino and Pomposa Pereyda Uribe of Mexico and two granddaughters, Xotchil Arreola and Angel Lopez.
Graveside services will be 10:00am, Friday, July 26 at Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday, July 24 from 8:00am until 8:00pm and Thursday, July 25 from 8:00am until 3:30pm. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
