Margaret Ann "Bryanie" Harmon

Margaret Ann “Bryanie” Harmon passed away Tuesday August 28, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was born April 8, 1927 in Crawford County and grew up in Fort Smith and graduated from St. Anne’s High School in 1945 as Salutatorian. She was an only child of Vander T. & Ruth Bryan. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Jim Harmon and her daughter, Karen Harmon Rogo.

She retired as an office manager from ENT Clinic. Bryanie loved life to the fullest, she was always the life of the party, she loved music and dancing, but mostly her flowers. She was a member of the American Begonia Society and Heisey Glass Association.

She is survived by two sons, Bryan Harmon of Tennessee, Tom Harmon and his wife Virginia of Indiana; one daughter, Gail Harmon of Fort Smith; one grandson, Chad Mercer of Georgia.

Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 31, 2012 at Saint Boniface Catholic Church under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be held privately at a later date.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 N. 12th St, Fort Smith AR.
