Lynda Faye Smith, 66, passed away on February 15, 2021 in Fort Smith AR. Lynda was born on January 17, 1955 to Lyndall and Alice Jones in Stuttgart AR. Lynda served her hometown of Paris as an RN for nearly 30 years, she worked most of that time at the North Logan Mercy Hospital. Lynda loved being a nurse and cherished the friendships she made along the way. Lynda was preceded in death by her parents and her life partner, Virgil “Butch” Faulkner. She is survived by her daughter, Alica Taylor, her grandsons, Tanner Phillips and Jaxon Taylor, four brothers, Richard Jones, Bradford Jones, Rodney Jones, Timothy Jones, and one sister, Cindy Nichols. Lynda also had many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and good friends that loved her deeply. There will be a private family service at Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.
