Lisa Ann Williams, 96 of Hackett, Arkansas earned her wings February 15, 2025. She was born November 5, 1928 in Paragould, Arkansas. She was loved by all for her keen sense of humor and ability to spin a tale. Her greatest love was her family that included dozens of the four-legged variety over the years. She never met a stray dog or cat that she wasn’t willing to lug home and nurse back to health. She spent many years working the area flea markets as she dearly loved garage sales and antiquing. It was often said she could sell the devil a new pitchfork. Lisa was well known for the blonde curls piled high atop her head and her unique fashion and jewelry choices. She wouldn’t be caught dead or alive wearing “granny” clothes. The more bling or flash it had, the better she liked it.
Lisa is survived by her granddaughter, Lisa Lemonds, great-grandsons Taylor Moran and Cody (Yvonne) Lemonds of Hackett, Arkansas, granddaughters Tracy Elbaitari of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Karen Skinner of Mansfield, Arkansas and grandson, Matthew (Stephanie) LaMora of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Williams, daughter, Carole Graham, parents, Jesse Hollis and Maymie Holifield Waters, sister, Wava Chambless and brothers, Jimmy and Harold Waters. Per her request there will be no funeral or services held. Lisa wished to be remembered as everyone knew her, full of life and love. In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to honor her is encouraged to make a donation for animal rescue and care to: The Artemis Project, P.O.
