Linda “Darlene” Hammer, age 79 passed away on Thursday January 10, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born December 8, 1939 in Hackett, Arkansas to the late Lois and Earl Oliver Jr. She was a bookkeeper at Whirlpool and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Hammer; father Earl Oliver Jr. and mother Lois Oliver.
She is survived by her Loving Cousins Frankie Jenkins of Fort Smith, AR, Mildred McClendon of Hackett, AR, Walter and Ilene Webb of Greenwood, AR.
Family will visit with friends from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday January 14, 2019. Rosary will begin at 6:00 PM in the chapel at Fentress Mortuary. Funeral Mass for Darlene will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Archer, Wiley Bailey, Richard Borengasser, Sam Cooper, Marion McKinzie, and Jerry Orrick.
