Leoncia C. Rowe, 77 of Fort Smith, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. She was born on June 11, 1947 in Tarlac City, Philippines to the late Mateo and Olympia Tabago. Leoncia was retired from Gerber. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and also a member of the Fort Smith Rose Society. Leoncia was an avid gardener, she loved her flowers and plants. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Victoriano Tabago, Diego C. Tabago and Mariano Tabago.
She is survived by her husband, Charles P. Rowe, of the home; two daughters, Caroline Linson (Jason) of Fort Smith and Catherine Le of Orange, CA; a sister, Claudia Salazar of the Philippines; a brother, Anastacio Tabago of the Philippines; two grandchildren, Saben Sundara of Bentonville and Brennen Linson of Fort Smith.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Edwards Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 11:30 am Monday, July 29, 2024 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Linson, Saben Sundara, Brennen Linson, Greg Robinson, Caleb Mott and Luis Ruano.
