He is survived by one son, Arthur Ray Collins and his wife, Colleen of Spanish Fork, UT; one step-daughter, Susan K. Enoch and her husband George of Fort Smith, AR; two sisters, Doris Michell of Van Buren, AR and Geraldine Echols of Havana, AR; three brothers, Floyd “Bud” Collins of Fort Smith, AR, Bobby Collins of New Blaine, AR, and Scotty Collins of Alma, AR; as well as 5 grandchildren, Arthur Ray Collins, II, Alexa Jay Collins, William Don Henson, Jason Henson, and LaTasha Henson.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, October 14, 2011 at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

The family will visit with friends from 4:30 to 6:00 PM Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street, Fort Smith, AR.

Viewing will be Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
